Background: As a country with the largest number of netizens around the world, China enjoys improving social information\nservices based on the Internet. With such a large quantity of network users, it is inevitable for Chinaâ??s hospitals at various levels\nto provide patients and the public with information services by setting up their own official websites. But it is still elusive for the\nfactors affecting the information service quality of China Hospital. Objective: Identifies the factors affecting the information\nservice quality of the case of the Online website of a hospital in China.adding new content to the research fruits in this field. The\nresearch can effectively enhance the efficiency of hospital resource utilization, allocating limited resources to most efficient areas\nand leveling up the information service quality of hospitals to the largest extent. This ultimately improves patient satisfaction.\nMethod: This research investigates the factors affecting the information service quality of the case of a Chinese hospital online\nwebsite and by means of Delphi method, statistical analysis, and other research methods, formulates the Evaluation Indicator\nSystem for the Information Service Quality of the case of the Online website of a hospital in China. The research applies this\nsystem to the empirical research on the information service quality of the hospitalâ??s website and then makes a comparative\nanalysis between the research results and traffic data of the websites of other hospitals over the same period. Results: By means\nof the Bivariate Correlation, the author carried out a correlation analysis of the comprehensive evaluations of the information\nservice of the Online website of a hospital in China and the traffic data of the Online website of a hospital in China, including\nthe total traffic, PV and UV. For details of the analysis results, indicates that the correlation coefficient among the three objects\nis 1, a significant correlation. It also suggests that the comprehensive evaluations of the information service of A Chinese\nhospital website and the traffic of A Chinese hospital website are positively correlated. The information service quality of China\nHospital website is an important component of the hospitalâ??s overall service quality. This research on the information service\nquality of China Hospital website covers the websiteâ??s service functions, service quality, resources and the front-end and\nback-end technology systems. Discussion and conclusion: In the case that the China Hospital information service function\nis still not perfect, perfecting the functions of China Hospital website plays a decisive role in improving the information\nservice quality of the hospital. Recently, mobile networks have been overloaded with a considerable amount of data traffic. This paper proposes a brokerage\nservice for mobile environments, using policies and quality metrics and ensuring better usage of network resources with more\nfine-grained management based on flows, and expands previous work (Silva, et al.) with the novel addition of differentiated classes\nof service. A closed innovative control loop included in a flexible brokerage service in the network, as well as agents at the mobile\nterminals, detects and counteracts an abnormal data load in any access technology. This allows the terminals to make wellinformed\ndecisions about their connections to improve the number of connected flows per technology and the individual service\nlevel offered to each flow. Simulation results indicate that the current proposed management solution optimizes the usage of\navailable 4G/5G network resources among a high number of flows in several usage scenarios where the technologies are extremely\noverloaded, while at the same time, protecting the higher classes of service....
This paper is concerned about studying modeling-based methods in cluster\nanalysis to classify data elements into clusters and thus dealing with time series\nin view of this classification to choose the appropriate mixed model. The\nmixture-model cluster analysis technique under different covariance structures\nof the component densities is presented. This model is used to capture\nthe compactness, orientation, shape, and the volume of component clusters in\none expert system to handle Gaussian high dimensional heterogeneous data\nset. To achieve flexibility in currently practiced cluster analysis techniques.\nThe Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm is considered to estimate the\nparameter of the covariance matrix. To judge the goodness of the models,\nsome criteria are used. These criteria are for the covariance matrix produced\nby the simulation. These models have not been tackled in previous studies.\nThe results showed the superiority criterion ICOMP PEU to other criteria.\nThis is in addition to the success of the model based on Gaussian clusters in\nthe prediction by using covariance matrices used in this study. The study also\nfound the possibility of determining the optimal number of clusters by\nchoosing the number of clusters corresponding to lower values for the different\ncriteria used in the study....
